If there is ever an issue with your order, contact us at our support email and provide a photograph that indicates a problem and we will attempt to replicate your problem and get a fix for you! 


Since every order is 100% custom, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For instance, if your order is not the correct size or you use an image that is low quality and decide you want a large size or to use a new image we cannot initiate a refund.

The most important aspects of our returns & refunds policies are:

  • We must be contacted within 3 business days of delivery of any defects.
  • You need to submit a photograph of the issue at hand.
  • You may need to return the defective item, if so outside of US shipping may be charged.
  • If we made an error or messed up, your order will be remade and shipped within 5-7 business days 
  • All sales are final.
