Returns & refunds

We rarely have issues with our products according to our customers, however. If for some reason there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email and provide a photograph that will indicate the problem with your order and, we will reproduce any defective items after verifying the issue.

All of our custom orders are made 100% with the images and files you provide. We do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to product quality for our custom orders and do not edit any files provided by the customer. An example is if you have chosen the wrong size, used too small of an image or, would prefer a different product after receiving the current.

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your product and seeing defects.
  • You must submit a photo/video that is clear in the image and describes the issue.
  • You may have to send your order back before we can issue a new one with the due fixes.
  • You will never be required to pay for a shipping label if an issue arises.
  • You will have your order re-made within 5 days of notification to fix the error.
  • You will receive your order in whatever shipping and production times you have previously chosen.
  • All sales and services are final.
